12+ years of experience

Physical and mental health is an extremely personal journey.

My journey began in high school by getting involved in my school’s athletic program. At the age of 20 I became pregnant – while I loved my pregnancy, it changed my body. I gave birth to a beautiful girl, but I was not happy with where I was physically and mentally. Looking back on my high school experience, I realized how satisfying it was to live an active lifestyle and also wanted to be a positive role model for my daughter.

Crossfit reignited my passion for fitness. I became hooked with the idea of staying fit to show a healthy lifestyle for my daughter, while working toward my mental and physical health goals. In 2010 I had the honor of achieving elite athlete status with the CrossFit Games. I competed for six years and competed in the Crossfit games as well as other small local competitions.

I lived and thrived on this. The excitement and adrenal rush from competing gave me strength and confidence. In 2014 I injured my hip while using bad technique with high intensity workouts and required intensive hip surgery. I knew I needed to stay active but soon realized I would have to modify the traditional Crossfit workouts of high intensity with high weight. I fell in love with the idea of functional fitness. This type of fitness allows for lower intensity to sustain a journey of continued everyday strength. This type of fitness maintains a healthy active lifestyle while avoiding aches or injuries.

We had a change in the stars that allowed my family the opportunity to relocate to Wenatchee, WA. The move allowed me the opportunity to open my own gym to share my knowledge and guidance with others. I started Everyday Strength in 2017 out of my garage (where all good things begin). I was immediately in love with my business, however, my garage only allowed for personal training and I wanted more. Moving into a commercial space allowed me to help spread my knowledge and expertise in functional fitness. I am committed to giving support and guidance in order to help my clients achieve their fitness goal through a supportive and caring community for all fitness levels. Devoting my life to guiding others on their fitness journey, I continue to push the limits of fitness and break down barriers for individuals looking to meet their fitness goals.
