I've been going to this gym for 6 months and I am so happy I found it! I love the small class sizes and individual attention that we receive from the coaches. They are super knowledgeable and emphasize safety. I've struggled in the past to stay motivated, but the environment here is so welcoming and positive that it makes it easy to get up and go to class. Obviously you have to be motivated from within to stick with an exercise routine, but being in such a supportive environment really helps. If you are willing to put the work in you will see results. I love that the emphasis is on strength and mobility and not on losing weight

I tried a few gyms in the area and they did not even compare to Everyday Strength. My first class I felt extremely welcomed and every class since the ive received great feedback on how to improve form and also felt included. Everyone at this gym has such a great attitude, is very supportive and welcoming. I highly recommend checking this gym out if you’re new to weight lifting, if you’re very experienced, or anywhere in between!
